Is it possible to create a new tab for All changed files in sidebar? Follow
Hello, would it be possible to split "Project" in the sidebar to have both "Project" and "All changed files" as separate tabs? Is it possible natively, is there a plugin for it, or is it even possible to develop such a plugin?

You can disable Group Tabs in Project tool window settings to have all available scopes shown on the left:
