PHPStorm Deploy Setup Issues Follow

Thanks in advance for anyone brave enough to offer help! 

I am transitioning from VSCode to PHPStorm and other than a few small hiccups, it's been going well. Until I attempt to pull in my projects that are hosted on LiquidWeb (Nexcess). 

I can't get the FTP/Deploy setup to work for those sites. To be clear, I've setup about 20 sites in PHPStorm to date where I was successful getting the deployment settings to work. There are a couple of things that are not super clear, but once I got one working, I pretty much just clone it and alter for the specifics.
