I'm currently using python 3.8.6 and pycharm 2018.3.7, I can't install the latest version of pycharm because my OS is windows 7 32bit and since my computer settings are not good, I can't install windows latest version. I don't know what I should do, every time I open Pycharm and try to run the console this error occurs. Also, after the error occurs, the system keeps trying to connect to the console without success. Please, help me :(
