PHPStorm Remote Debugging/SSH Help
We have a windows machine running as a web server, and we are trying to connect to it over SSH to use it as the CLI Interpreter for debugging PHP code. We have Cygwin installed as the SSH server on the windows machine, and when trying to browse to the php.exe we get no such file. 
I have also tried standing up a new 2016 server and using OpenSSH and get bad message.
If anyone could provide any help that would be great.

Windows Remote Interpreters over OpenSSH are unfortunately not supported: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-37602.
I'm not entirely sure if that's your case without taking a look at the logs or seeing a bigger screenshots, but that still looks like it.
