Actions panel shows up too small

This is not a known issue. Please copy&paste info from your IDE "About" screen. Also, please send a screenshot of the small window. 

If your OS is Linux, please also specify your Window manager and whether you use x11 or Wayland (`$echo $XDG_DISPLAY_TYPE`)

This issue probably duplicates https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JBR-4835/SearchEverywhere-window-appears-with-black-rectangle-and-cannot-be-resized. Please monitor that issue for updates and share any additional details you might have there.

Unfortunately, we don't yet have a stable reproducer for the issue.

Croverwnorene8 What do I need to right-click exactly? I can't right-click the actions panel.
