There are many free ssh tools, but i dont trust them, all of them are ugly, difficult to use. To make jetbrains dev tool full stack. I believe it is necessary to fill this hole.

Sorry, not sure we've got the idea. You'd like us to write something instead of OpenSSH, or do you just need to connect to a remote IDE?

I'm not aware of such plans. At the same time, in our IDEs, you can use the "Menu -> Tools -> Start SSH Session" workflow. So I'd offer to take a look if it's something that helps.
