[Help] Jupyter Notebook bookmarks are automatically reproduced (in Pycharm Pro)

Hi.

I'm using the Jupyter Notebook in Pycharm Pro 2021.3.3.

 

When I make or delete cells after deleting bookmarks in .ipynb, those bookmarks are reproduced automatically. (Below Images)

 

Is there anyone can help please?

Please update to 2022.3 and let me know if this is still relevant.
