Hangs on "Commit and Push"

When trying to "Commit and Push" on GitHub, the program hangs at the stage of "Synchronized files", or rather the animation continues, but it is impossible to interact with the program, and you can only exit through the task manager. At the same time, the problem exists only in one project, and began today. Other projects work and are saved on GitHub as before. At the same time, if I create a copy of the project on Github, the project successfully creates a repository, but later, the problem with "Commit and Push" repeats. I've tried this several times.
