pygame and pytorch don't install ...

Pygame and pytorch don't install for several days. Not in pycharm packages menu and not even in the command line of python
Any ideas or know why ?

Are you trying to install those packages via pip? Does the terminal show any errors? Could you please take a screenshot or copy/paste a terminal output?
Hello...
I tried via pychard from the menus.nothing. I tried from code section and windows cmd and anaconda cmd nothing too.
Afterall i figured out to unistall python 3.10 and downgrade to 3.9 . Its ok . I managed to install from inside pycharm in packages
