com.goide.wizard.GoProjectGeneratorand register it indirectoryProjectGeneratorEP.Example: https://github.com/JetBrains/tinygo-plugin/blob/354288fab5528622bd535be81671b9eaef664a47/src/main/kotlin/org/jetbrains/tinygoplugin/project/wizard/TinyGoProjectGenerator.kt
