How to drag Intellij idea community across the screen in Linux? Follow
Answered
I recently switched to Linux and I am using the IntelliJ IDEA Community edition in Linux.
I had no issues with it while I was working in Windows.
In Linux(Pop OS based on ubuntu), there is no maximize, minimize or close button on the title bar.
I am also not able to drag the window across my screen. All I can do is make it fullscreen by going into View>Appearance>Enter Full-Screen mode.
How to have it function normally like in Windows?

@sac please provide the Help | About info of your IDE captured using the Copy button in the dialog and pasted as text from the clipboard into your reply.
Please also specify your desktop environment and session type (echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE) and share a screenshot of the non-fullscreen IDE window that cannot be dragged. Thank you!

Probably, you accidentally switched off the "Show window tiles" setting. You can switch it back by clicking the icon with three rectangles on the top right edge of your screen:
Thank You so much Nadia Tarashkevich.
That solved the issue for me. You are so smart!
