Error - Size show
By making a bad manipulation, the application is displayed with a very important zoom. ctrl - and windwos - do not allow this zoom to be reduced, and uninstalling/reinstalling the software does not change the display.
The zoomed display prevents the use of the software.
The screen is fixed and it is impossible to display the rest of the screen.

Please try to start the IDE with default settings by renaming config folder https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html .
