I built a test file, wanted to run it with PHP CLI, now I'm not seeing what is meant here:
What is the difference? What do the icons mean?

The IDE adds the type if the file name is pretty short:
Other than that: you can look up for icons in your Run/Debug Configurations screen (not the best approach by any means but at least something)
Thanks, but I don't know why the type isn't already added. The drop-down is on the far left of the screen, so I don't see why it can't be added. There's more than enough room even on a 4:3 display.
