This happens on every push where it asks. I tried clearing all caches and restarting and it still occurs. Where is this stored? Maybe I can find and clean the file manually. TIA

I upload my code coverage report to my web site for my project so people can check how much code coverage I have but because of the folders starting with a dot, the web pages don't work on unix mac...

See attached This section appears after running AllTests with Coverage. The button to create a coverage report. Is there a way to call that in my build process? I can submit a request for feature.
