Same thing happened to me as well after the recent update 2024.2 (UE). And the solution also worked, thanks.

Hey Anna, Thanks for reply... Yes, I have tried it too in administration mode. But the same result. I even reinstalled the whole Python Setup an PyCharm IDE to see whether it is restricted by Windo...
