Thank you for the update. I have been tied up with development and was unable to trivially generate a minimal example which reproduces the issue.

I'll try to put together the minimal steps needed to reproduce this. Might take a few days though, since I'll probably need to do it on a VM or so. Pycharm seems to keep track of projects it knows ...
