Hi Sergey, The shortcuts are defined in settings/keymap (though somewhat different from before, e.g. delete line was ctrl+X, now it is ctrl+Y. But that's is ok. I renamed the config folder, restar...

Never mind. I uninstalled and reinstalled PyCharm and problem went away. It would be good to know what is the probable cause of this problem though. There seems to be many users who experienced...
