Ok seems to a known issue..  https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-45749 https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-37986 I hope this will be fixed soon, as it makes it quite hard to work with docker.

I have tried setting the container_name: in my docker-compose.yml, but phpstorm still tries to start the container..
