Nevermind the previous message. I tried to install Nodejs and now PyCharm is not starting up again (just getting the "PC PyCharm Professional 2020.2" splash screen.

I was able to start PyCharm 2019.3.4 by removing %PyCharm% from the system path, and following instructions for www.dll-files.com/vcruntime140_1.dll.html to download into my Win 10 C:\Program File...
