I had the following system variable set:JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=UTF16Once removed everything works like a charm. @Lejia, thanks for support.

Today, Win10 Pro restarted, IDEA can't launch:I cannot copy the whole stacktrace.I uninstalled and installed the fresh IDEA Ultimate with no effect.The same for 2023.3 version.Edit: Similar problem...
