Another workaround: I created a directory junction. mklink /J C:\PyCharm "C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\PyCharm Community Edition 2022.3.2" And then run PyCharm at C:\PyCharm\bin\pycharm64.exe

I'm using Python 3.10 and started getting this error today.
