I suppose, it's File -> Settings -> Directories for PhpStorm. Thanks, I'll check it next time when the problem happens.

This started happened for me, too (Linux Mint 20.1). And I did PhpStorm upgrade to 2021.1.3 today. I changed the antialiasing to greyscale, let's see if it helps.

For me, it was an authentication issue, apparently, as it started working after I set up the authentication key.

Yes, exactly! So that I would be able to collapse all "app\Admin\resources" sub-folders at once. And see easier which results are more related with each other. If everything is collapsed like this...
