here is an answer from support... We have found root cause of this issue - the difference in ID column 'nextval'. And we have fixed it already, I guess fix will be included in next update which is ...

I am get the same when using DataGrip, pretty poor basis for selling a product when compare does not even work do support not read these and help ?
