You can use "Structure" toolwindow or "Edit -> File Structure" popup.

This is a bug, and it's fixed already in 12.1 EAP builds.Framework selecting is not available now for non-generic project types (e.g. Java Web).

.idea folder should be under a module content root to make it possible to share project settings via source control.So, the secong case exposes a bug.

You need to add the jar to the classpath of the module: Project Structure -> Modules -> Dependencies
