Hello Shane,Our latest versions of Ruby plugin are compatible only with trunk Maia(IDEA 9) builds. It isn't a marketing, just lot's of new Ruby Plugin/RubyMine features lead to changes in IDEA API....

According to http://jruby.codehaus.org/ JRuby 1.2.0RC2 appears to be the latest version. Perhaps you are confusing 1.6 with 1.1.6.Excuse me, obviously you are right
