You can assign any keyboard or mouse combination to any action, including "go to declaration" and "go to implementation". Go to Settings | Keymap.

appCode supports both pure C and Objective C, but there's no support for C++ yet.

We are currently working on initial C++ support. Resolving and search will work, but don't expect full C++ code insight features soon.
