Coverage will reappear after fixing make problem. Actually coverage looks for .class file so when make deletes output file coverage fails. Please watch http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-58033

Unfortunately IDEA doesn't support ant output parsing. It is possible to write a corresponding plugin to present tests which are defined by ant task in tree view with navigation, comparison links, ...

Konrad, it is possible to setup copyrights for default project (File|Other Settings|Template Project Settings). Then all your new projects would contain configured copyrights.Thank you
