The Migrate refactoring might be enough for your needs. Years ago I used it to migrate from the JDK 1.1 Collections package to the Java 2 Collections and it worked quite well then.Bas

Are you on windows?Something like "java -Xmx512m -jar lib\yjp.jar" from the yourkit installation directory should do the trick.Bas

Great, Git is on the map! But since there currently is no proper windows version of Git, how will it work on Windows? Or are you counting on a good windows version being available before the releas...

The release notes say that this issue has been fixed in Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 2 Developer Preview. I have not tried it myself though. Has anybody else tried the new developer preview?Bas

That may be even more useful as an inspection. Then you also get batch changing String.format to just the string for free. Or are there any cases where you do not want to remove a redundant String....

Personally I think the short cut should be F4 (maybe in addition to Cmd+Enter), as it is in other places. Did you get around to filing an issue for this problem?Bas
