Martin,by default JavaScript completion works from all files under your project root because there is no explicit indication in JavaScript which library is actually required. So if your prototype....

It's a known problem in EAP 100.36. It has been fixed already and JavaScript libraries should work correctly in the next EAP. Thanks for spotting it anyway!
