Whole IDE theme is set at  File | Settings | Appearance | Theme, default one is Alloy.IDEA theme. It also usually sets editor theme to corresponding one.

Hello!Please have a look at Settings | External tools. It allows running various executables from menu. Parameters may be customized with macros like $FileName$, $SelectedText$, etc.Best regards,Elena
