Do you mean switch between splitted editors? Check the hotkey in the menu under Window | Goto Next Splitter-Eugene

Colin,There's no dedicated hotkey for the "Move to Opposite Group" action.But you can open IDE Settings | Keymap, find the action by name and assign a hotkey.-Eugene
