This may happen if you use inflections.rb file in config/initializers. There is a bug for this: RUBY-3160. Feel free to vote for it and track it's progress

Thank you, I've updated our database gem detector to use pg gem for PostgresSQL, fix will be available in the next EAP.

For sqlite3 you can simply use previous version of the gem:gem install sqlite3-ruby --version "1.2.3"
