when i remove shortcut of show parameter info, and i press ctrl+p,i can input,nothing happened

it's not reproducible from computer in my company,and in IDEA 2021.2,is there some way to debug IDEA to show which event listener is called when i press ctrl+p?

cant input when press ctrl+p to show parameters info

when i press ctrl+p to show parameters info of a method,with old version(2021),i can input at the same time,but with new version(2023),input cursor disappear and i cant input anything
