i am so sorry for the inconvinence caused, i didn't see the VMOPTION before, i deleted the ‘-javaagent’ like you previously mentioned and now it works thank you

i did not find any .vmoptions file.according to the article i looked into appdata/roaming/jetbrainsbut these are the only files present here

I cannot open my Intelij IDEA application

so i installed the latest intellij IDEA and when i try to run it it doesn't open. when i double click on the application a loading around my cursor pops up for a second and the program doesn't run ...
