i am so sorry for the inconvinence caused, i didn't see the VMOPTION before, i deleted the ‘-javaagent’ like you previously mentioned and now it works thank you

i did not find any .vmoptions file.according to the article i looked into appdata/roaming/jetbrainsbut these are the only files present here
