Elena Pogorelova The thing is, they started asking several questions (aren't the log files supposed to answer them?) that answering each would take lost of time and effort for me, and at the moment...

Elena Pogorelova Hi Elena, actually I did created a ticket about a month ago, they asked me to send the Logs as a zip filed but then they told me the logs shows nothing related to this!
