There was a bug in the Plugin Repository. The bug is fixed, now IDEA suggests Robot Plugin plugin when user opens *.robot file.

Try to clean maven indexes:1.) close IDEA2.) remove $USER_HOME/.IntelliJIdea13/system/Maven 3.) run IDEA4.) reimport project5.) open settings => maven => repositories and update repository indexes.

No, I can't port fix to 13.1.0 , because it is not a critical fix. Fix will be available in the next EAP after release 13.1.0

Please, check that do you have grails-core-*.jar in module dependencies. Grails view is shown if module dependencies contains grails-core-*.jar

The problem is that Plugin Repository did not scan new plugins automatically.
