OK. I found solution. In the IDEA in run/debug configuration for glassfishremove both username and password. Both fields must be empty for the default glassfish configuration.

I have been observing constant drop in the quality - even in basic functions and now strongly considering IDE switch. IntelliJ is becoming next Eclipse - unusable. That is a warning sign for the DE...
