There where a lot of xml config files missing, that is why I had to restore settings. There were no project settings, I had to open all my projects again. I just wondered why this has happened.

As I said in my post: Bash (and everything else) is incuded in the filter.I know the Invalidate Caches option, but I don't want to use that, it wipes out everything, including things I want to keep...

Solved after downloading and installing the latest plugin 3.1 (python-132.zip). This new version was not showed in the Plugin Repository.
