Ok. I finally got it. I added PATH=/usr/local/bin explicitly into configuration field.Also I put ./src into "Path to Node App JS File:", and take away last part from "CoffeeScript parameters:" -o ....

Until than I just ran in command linecoffee -o ./out -cw ./srcAnd Run made normal run configuration for compiled .js files.

Ok. I found it by myself.There were 2 paths/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/ and /System/Library/Framework.Sorry =)
