thanks have added. The problem there looks like it's a vanilla ts file not an emotion css string.

wow I see I am on an old version, I had toolbox and presumed it was auto updating me. I have now been able to change eslint.additional.file.extensions and all is ok.

https://github.com/HyphnKnight/tslint/commit/fd4fd192014dccf1d071ab90da3d5167d4713ee2 I think this has been fixed in tslint but it doesn't have an affect in PHPStorm.
