Enabling go modules integration solved this.  Modules integration should be enabled when you create a new project from source code that has a go.mod file in it.

That was the problem. I believe there was a ticket to fix this.  When there is a go.mod file in a project module integration is enabled by default.

I don't see how it could be code folding because it's one line.  And the suggestion shown is incorrect Go code.

  I should be able to move between opening and closing brackets with ctrl-] and ctrl-[, but nothing happens when I do that.  There seems to be no php functionality from these plugins.
