I just updated to IJ Ultimate to 2024.1, and it is constantly showing the class header and method declaration at the top of the editor (like a floating header) without me using the ‘Alt+q’ shortcut...

For IntelliJ 2017.2.x, the path is "Settings::Editor->Color Scheme->General::Code->Line number".
