I always turn off YourKit integration with the EAP builds. This seems to fix this problem for me. Edit appcode.vmoptions and remove the plugin line.

Default resolve context

Is there any way to set a particular resolve context as the default? Currently 'App Store' comes first in the list, so it's always chosen when I open a file. I'd rather have the 'Debug' context cho...
