This is now actually happening in several situations, like Cmd-b to see a class definition. I'm sure there's a simple setting to disable this and go back to the usual behavior of opening a new edit...

I'm trying out the new UI with 2023.1, but the tabs are blend in too much with the editor. Can I style the tab headers, e.g. change the background or font?
