Just that shortcut.Start up IDEA -> apple-shift-F -> popupNext step:open up any menu (don't select anything) -> go back to editor -> apple-shift-F -> small beep, no popup

Aha! apple-shift-F was going to launchbar in my services menu, deinstalling that fixed my problems. Hooray!
