Thanx for your answer.I tried that, enabled Editorconfig plugin, invalidated caches, restarted, and same problem, UI frozen again on "Loading components", with PhpStorm process at 200% CPU in MacOs...

I tried to deactivate all downloaded plugins, it doesn't help... Still 4 or 5 minutes before the IDE becomes usable.
