What do you mean not editable? Files which are read only? No it's not the case. Even if some files have some issue, the fix should be applied to the other files.I should be getting some tootip help...

Angular support in R# seems to be for angular 2.x. Not 1.

I use R# and tried Rider. They don't provide AngularJS support like WebStorm does. However the AngularJS I use is in an ASP.NET app. Thanks.
