I am having the exact same problem. The log no longer shows the repositories.cfg issue, but the process, once started, never stops. And I have to kill IJ from the task manager to get it to go. The ...

54 times in one case this morning.Now I just set up Ruby 2 and Rails 4...and I no longer have to type in my password, at least for a Rails 4 app. So it's a directory/SDK thing, I'm guessing...

Seriously, when I add a single gem to a brand new project (and so have to run "bundle install") I end up having to type my password 42 times.That's a lot of times.
