This is crazy. Why would a fix be buried in the Settings, instead of either automatically fixing it, or asking when the error is first encountered?

That is the version of the Plugin installed using the Plugins Dialog. It sounds like there's a disconnect between what is offered and the latest version, though.That was the issue. Thank you.Fixed ...

"Cannot connect to compile server" still not fixed, though (in the latest 139.222.5 build).
